Start the day with an award winning breakfast which is something to behold. Served from 8am – 10am in the Salutation Hotel Brasserie restaurant. Choose from delicious mouth watering platter selections which include continental meats and cheese, fish platter, fruit plate, and an Artisan bread basket. Their cooked selection includes grilled Manx Kippers, Poached West Coast Haddock and of course, not forgetting the full works fresh from the kitchen, a hearty Westmorland grill to set you up for a day on the fells.

The hotel’s evening menus are based on a traditional flair for English food, interspersed with dishes from around the world to create a menu which is served throughout the restaurant each evening from 5.30pm – 9pm.
