When visiting Ambleside, a stop at the Waterhead Coffee Shop is a must. Managed by Jane and Richard Greaves, they are a small friendly coffee shop. And their location is second to none as they can be found on the shores of Lake Windermere at Ambleside.

Why not pop down and indulge by sampling some of their homemade cakes and slices? They are renowned for producing some of the most delicious sweet treats. A speciality is their blueberry scones which are are freshly baked every day! They are served with gorgeous blueberry Jam and fresh cream.
