Cancellation Policy:

For Touring pitches:

• Advance booking is always recommended and is essential for the Bank Holidays and busy periods.  To increase our efficiency and quality of service to you, the customer, full payment is required two weeks prior to arrival by the due date on your booking confirmation.Our cancellation policy is straightforward.
  • If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, we can refund monies already paid.
  • If you cancel less than 2 weeks before of your arrival date (up until 12pm), a credit on account will be given for sums already paid. Your credit will expire 12 months from the date of cancelation and cannot be extended. Should you choose to end your holiday early, credits are not possible.
  • If the booking is cancelled after midday on your day of arrival, or you do not arrive to take up your booking, then no refund or credit of any monies paid will be available.
  • In the case of refunds and credits or any changes including date changes made to your booking even after you have checked in, we will deduct a £15 sum for administration costs per booking.

 

For Glamping and Cottages:

• Advance booking is always recommended and is essential for the Bank Holidays and busy periods.  To increase our efficiency and quality of service to you, the customer, full payment is required prior to arrival by the due date on your booking confirmation.Our cancellation policy is straightforward.
  • If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, we can refund monies already paid.
  • If you cancel less than 2 weeks before (but prior to midday) of your arrival date, a credit on account will be given for sums already paid. Please note, for Cottage cancellations, credits are only available for notice of 48 hours or more. Credits are valid for 12 months.
  • If the booking is cancelled after midday on your day of arrival, or you do not arrive to take up your booking, then no refund or credit of any monies paid will be applicable.
  • In the case of refunds and credits, we will deduct a £50 sum for administration costs.
