The Little Zoo with Lots to Do!

Established for 30 years the Lakeland Wildlife Oasis have a fantastic collection of over 100 species of insects, fish, birds, reptiles and mammals. Perfect for families, the Oasis is an all weather attraction combining lush tropical halls with outdoor animal enclosures. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating and plenty for children to enjoy, whatever the weather. Explore our evolutionary journey spanning 300,000,000 years. Start by examining fossils then follow the ant trail. Discover our free flying birds, butterflies and bats and inspect our furry fossa. Share the meerkat experience and witness our breath-taking pair of snow leopards.

The Wild Café is open every day for homemade meals and light refreshments and is free of charge – no zoo entry required.
