Newly reintroduced for 2026, we will be reserving twenty of our touring pitches for seasonal use this year. All of the pitches are hard standing with 16 Amp electricity points. Awnings can be left up throughout the season.
The Pitch Fee for 2026 is £4,750 including VAT. Electricity is metered and invoiced monthly through the season.
Hassle free caravan holidays
Take the stress out of towing, by leaving your caravan on one our fully serviced touring pitches. Simply tow your touring caravan to our Lakeland holiday park at the start of the season and then enjoy the freedom to come and go as you please.
Rest assured your caravan is safe and sound on our secure park when it is not in use. Our live in wardens are on site 24/7 and carry out patrols and checks on a daily basis.
Flexible touring
Many guests find that investing in a seasonal caravan pitch in the Lake District encourages them to make the most out of their caravan. Without the need to pack or set up on arrival, it’s possible to escape for a last minute break or regular weekends away. You can leave everything you need in your caravan ready for use as soon as you arrive. So, you won’t have to worry about packing clothes, activities, caravan equipment and non perishable food items.
There are many advantages to choosing one of our seasonal touring pitches, including use of our onsite facilities. These include an immaculate shower and toilet block with underfloor heating, an outstanding adventure play park and all-weather sports pitch, as well as an onsite shop selling essential items and fresh local produce.
