Lakes in a Day Ultra Run

The Lakes in a Day Ultra Run is a long-distance trail running challenge that traverses the stunning landscapes of the Lake District National Park. This event offers spectators a chance to witness impressive feats of endurance as runners journey from the northern to the southern edges of the Lakes.

The race begins in Caldbeck and finishes in Cartmel, covering a significant distance with substantial elevation gain. Spectators can choose various points along the route to watch the runners pass, offering opportunities to see them tackle challenging terrain, including the iconic Helvellyn Ridge.
