Number one and number three cottages both feature an open-plan style with far reaching views, enclosed gardens as well as an outdoor seating are (Cottage No.1 offers a private hot tub). They can sleep 6 across 3 bedrooms and are very cosy! These holiday cottages have been renovated, but still keep some of the original features, as well as charm and pesonality! These cosy cottages near Ambleside are also dog friendly – so rest assured you can bring your four-legged friend. With so much countryside to explore and luxury ways to stay, you’ll be hard pressed to find better dog friendly holidays in the Lake District.
The Greenhouse is our largest and most luxurious holiday home and the perfect choice if you are holidaying with extended family! Here, you can sleep up to 16 across 6 bedrooms. Younger guests will love playing in the games room! This property is also wheelchair and pram friendly, with emergency exit ramp to the exterior, and an accessible wet room with shower! (Not pet friendly)

Kids of all ages will love our newly-refurbished play area, which boasts lots of equipment to play on, as well as an all weather basketball and football pitch. Guests can scramble nets, slide down tubes and feel the rush of our 30 metre long zip wire. Most importantly, there are various benches situated with a good view of the play area – so parents can sit and watch their children (hopefully) tire themselves out!
