Love the idea of Camping? Less sure about the cold, damp and draughty bits? Why not try out one of our luxurious Hideaway glamping pods? They’re not your typical Lake District glamping. Experience outdoor living whilst enjoying all the indoor comforts required for a comfortable stay.
These two unique glamping pods are self-contained “Swift S-Pods” which are now located in quiet and individual locations on the park. Deer and woodpeckers are often nearby and may even give you a breath-taking moment as they pass while you peer through the full-length windows or enjoy breakfast on your private decking.

Dog friendly glamping pod
We are pleased to announce that we have made our “Wagtail” Hideaway dog friendly – and you can now bring along your faithful four-legged friend to join you and your partner for your unforgettable Lakeland Adventure at Skelwith Fold! Two pets max.
Our Hideaway glamping pods can be booked online for a minimum stay of 2 nights (3 nights in peak season). Bookings can be made for arrival on almost any day of the week for anything up to a week. If you would like to stay even longer you will need to contact us.
The pricing for stays in our Hideaways is subject to seasonal change, the days of the week being booked and the duration of the booking being made. This makes it difficult to provide an accurate per-night tariff.
Availability & Booking
We are happy to take bookings over the telephone (015394 32277) or why not check availability and book online at any time of a day.
Please note: the video below gives you a look inside our intimate two-berth Hideaway glamping pods – but please be aware that we have moved them slightly since the video was taken. Now the pods sit in a secluded part of the park.
